Mike Draver and Robert Kleinschmidt, created Tempt In-Store Productions as a fresh start up in September 2008. Rapid growth followed and in 2010 Quad Graphics acquired Tempt to extend its strength in the retail market.

Mike Draver

Mike is an industry insider with more than 20 years of sales, production and leadership experience. Early in his career Mike was intrigued by the potential of the P-O-P industry. As Mike’s experience grew through sales, it became apparent that there was an opportunity to build a better solution – one that could both serve customers and employees. For more than 10 years Mike served as President of an industry leading P-O-P production company, and pursued this dual goal of organizational and sales excellence. In late 2008, Mike became a founding member of Tempt In-Store Productions, where he continues as President today. He is a charter member of the In-Store Marketing Institute, and enjoys the many, varied relationships and associations he has developed over his years in the industry.

Robert Kleinschmidt

Robert has been involved the printing business for more than 20 years. He has accomplished strong, personnel sales achievements and has built a successful sales team as VP of Sales. He loves the creative nature of the business but also believes that a technical understanding and problem solving knowledge is the key to success. To him the customer’s best interests are at the core of all sales and business activities. Because Robert teamed up with Mike Draver early in his sales career the two were able to formulate a visionary business plan around the In-Store marketplace. In 2008, Robert, Mike Draver and Craig Faust became founding members of Tempt In-Store Productions with the goal to build an organization based on the core principles that have always driven them.
