Our new location offers the efficiency of a purpose built production facility, combined with the latest technology and experienced staff to supercharge our capacity to deliver.

This facility is 100,000 square feet of space to offer complete, in-house production capability from digital to offset, finishing to fulfillment.  Now we can do even more to help you execute your in-store vision.

We Have Twins!

The Inca Onset S-70 will change the way you view wide format digital.  This is the world’s fastest, UV flatbed, wide format digital press – and now we have TWO!  We are just the second installation in the world to support two of these presses, so you can be sure we have the capacity to handle your program.

This press prints up to 60×120 inches on a wide range of substrates and can give you the flexibility and economy to utilize versioning or variable imaging to expand your range of promotions.

Take Our Turbo for a Spin

This unique, UV digital press extends the range of production options when it comes to size and substrate.  Since the UP TJ8550 prints roll-to-sheet, we can offer print options on lighter weight stocks to .016 in sizes up to 65×144 inches.

To be even more efficient, we can square trim in-line.  This is a great production option to extend your range of options.

i-Cut Digital Cutting System

Our cutting system works in conjunction with our digital presses to deliver final product in any shape or size required.

We can cut, score or router cut a wide range of materials to provide you with an efficient, cost effective process to produce your programs on demand, at improved speeds.

Large Format UV Offset

Large format offset is the perfect combination with our range of wide format digital.  This 47×64 inch, 6/c full UV press can print from 80 lb. C1S up to .040 styrene and everything in between.

With this capability, we can truly offer a cost effective, high-tech solution for your most demanding programs.

Mounting

If you need the flexibility or economy to litho mount -   we’ve got you covered.  Our mounter can handle sheets to 60×80 inches and we run substrates such as chip, corrugate, foam core and others.

This capability provides the complete control of quality and delivery that is needed for the most complex, time sensitive executions.

Large Format Die-Cutting

When it comes to die-cutting, the bigger the better!  Our capability includes a maximum cutting area of 65×98 inches.

And with a range of material options, you can come up with endless combinations.

Assembly, Kit Packing and Fulfillment

Your project is not complete if it doesn’t get to the store assembled, packed, labeled – and on time!

We have a range of capabilities and staff that are experienced in handling the most detailed assembly and complex distributions.
